Shipping Policy

Heavenly Pulpits tries to offer a easy, upfront shipping policy. Most items related to furniture will normally be shipped out through LTL (Less than Truckload) freightliners such as WWL, H&W and Sunbelt. We also reserve the right to contract with private or other carriers in order to ship your furniture. Additionally, we offer our own trucking fleet Gabriel Transit which runs east of the Mississippi typically. Online rates are calculated through WWL for the lower 45 states. North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana are not covered by WWL and will need to call our office in order to obtain quotes.


Information regarding your order.

During delivery, you will need to inspect for damages before signing any ticket the driver hands to you. This is the only verification between you and the freight carrier. Once signed, you agree by their terms that they have successfully fulfilled their duty as a carrier and that you accept the item in standing order. Should you fins that an item is damaged do the following:


Make notes of the damage on the ticket when you sign it.

Ask the driver for the support phone number at the carrier for the damage.

Speak with a representative about the damage to start a claim.

Take photos of the damaged item and contact us at once. You will want to email the photos to your sales rep or you can email them directly.

In the email you will want to note the following items:


  • Items damaged
  • Quantity of items damaged
  • Your sales order number from Heavenly Pulpits
  • A phone number to contact you
  • Day and location you received the damaged goods

Often times we can ship a replacement out quickly should there be an issue.

Additionally we will work with the trucking company to cover the added costs of delivery due to the broken items.

For UPS and Fedex orders, please contact their customer support line should you receive damaged goods before you contact us. We will work with them to correct the issue as soon as possible should any issue occur.
